Blake Lively emerges victorious in the legal battle with Justin Baldoni, who has ultimately chosen not to refile his $400 million lawsuit against her.

The actress is celebrating a decisive win after her co-star and director in ‘It Ends With Us’, Justin Baldoni, unexpectedly opted not to proceed with the lawsuit he had filed.

Several months ago, Blake Lively publicly accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and of orchestrating a smear campaign against her. In response, Baldoni launched a $400 million countersuit against both Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, in addition to a separate lawsuit against The New York Times.

However, the case took a significant turn when a judge dismissed Baldoni’s countersuit. Despite his legal team’s initial announcement that they would amend and refile the case, Baldoni has ultimately decided not to pursue it further.

A representative for Blake Lively stated: “The court fully dismissed Baldoni-Wayfarer’s frivolous $400 million claim. Though they vowed to refile, that never happened. This marks a complete victory for Blake.”

While Baldoni has not abandoned his legal efforts entirely, he has said he is considering alternative legal avenues.

Meanwhile, Lively’s original lawsuit remains ongoing. In a new development, Baldoni’s legal team is now seeking access to private conversations between Lively and a well-known friend, adding a fresh twist to the ongoing legal drama.
