Apple surprises with its 2025 event, unveiling the ultra-light iPhone Air, new AirPods and a smarter Watch.

From Cupertino, Apple once again dominates headlines with its long-awaited annual event. This 2025, the tech giant didn’t unveil a foldable or transparent iPhone, but instead introduced a game-changing ultra-slim model: the iPhone Air.

At just 5.6mm thick, the iPhone Air becomes the thinnest in history. Its titanium body, combined with the new Ceramic Shield 2, promises durability and elegance. The 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion, an 18MP front camera with Center Stage and a 48MP main system place it among the most coveted launches of the year.

Meanwhile, the iPhone 17 debuts with the powerful A19 chip and a GPU that doubles the performance of the iPhone 15. Its triple 48MP rear cameras and five available colours ensure this release won’t go unnoticed.

In the wearable universe, the new Apple Watch Series 11 introduces hypertension alerts, a sleep score and customisable workouts, all wrapped in a sturdier design with up to 24 hours of battery life.

And for those who can’t live without their headphones, the AirPods Pro 3 arrive with built-in heart-rate sensors, Workout Buddy, Live Translation and enhanced noise cancellation. The best part? An improved fit and greater resistance to water and sweat.

All four products will be available from 19 September, with pre-orders starting on the 12th. Once again, Apple proves it knows how to merge innovation, design and functionality like no other.
