The new allegations against the music mogul add to a growing list of legal proceedings that continue to surround one of the entertainment industry’s most controversial figures.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal troubles continue to mount. The American producer, entrepreneur and rapper is facing a new civil lawsuit filed by a man identified under the pseudonym John Doe, who claims he was allegedly sexually assaulted when he was a minor.

According to court documents recently filed in the United States, the plaintiff alleges that the incident took place in 2007 during a party held at a residence in the Hollywood Hills. According to his account, he was working as a child actor at the time and attended the event after receiving an invitation linked to potential career opportunities within the entertainment industry.

The lawsuit claims that, after meeting him at the gathering, Combs allegedly invited him to continue a private conversation regarding his professional future. Once away from the other guests, the claimant alleges that the situation took a very different turn from what he had expected.

According to the account outlined in the legal filing, the young actor expressed discomfort about what was happening. Nevertheless, he alleges that sexual acts took place, which now form the basis of the complaint brought before the courts. In addition to suing Combs, the claimant is also taking legal action against several representatives and individuals connected to the event, arguing that they had a responsibility to protect minors in attendance.

At this stage, the lawsuit does not specify an exact amount in damages, although it seeks compensation to be determined through the legal process.

Diddy’s representatives responded swiftly to the allegations. A spokesperson for the artist strongly denied the claims and described them as false. According to a statement provided to US media outlets, Combs rejects any allegation of inappropriate conduct and maintains that the accusations are entirely without merit.
