Jonas Brothers launch their Burning Up Tour All Over Again in New York, revisiting fan favourites while celebrating their musical evolution.

The Jonas Brothers have officially launched one of their most nostalgic projects yet. Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas kicked off the Burning Up Tour All Over Again at Madison Square Garden in New York on 20 August, revealing a setlist designed to take longtime fans directly back to one of the most important periods in the trio’s career.

The opening night was the first of three consecutive sold-out concerts at Madison Square Garden, initially announced as exclusive New York performances. Demand quickly demonstrated the enduring appeal of the brothers, with fans travelling from across the United States and abroad to experience a show built around the group’s celebrated 2008-09 Burning Up Tour.

However, what began as a special New York event has now developed into something considerably bigger. The band has confirmed that the concept will travel across North America, with an extensive run covering 45 cities throughout the remainder of 2026.

The concert itself is divided into two acts separated by a 20-minute interval, allowing the Jonas Brothers to connect two very different chapters of their musical history.

The first act recreates the original Burning Up Tour setlist, opening with “That’s Just the Way We Roll” before moving through songs including “Shelf”, “Hold On”, “BB Good”, “Goodnight and Goodbye” and “Video Girl”.

Nostalgia becomes even stronger with a medley of “Gotta Find You” and “This Is Me”, songs closely associated with the brothers’ Disney era. Other favourites include “A Little Bit Longer”, “Tonight”, “Year 3000”, “Hello Beautiful”, “Lovebug”, “Play My Music”, “When You Look Me in the Eyes” and “SOS”.

Naturally, “Burnin’ Up” provides one of the defining moments of the first half. Opening night, however, produced an unexpected twist involving Big Rob, whose famous contribution to the track has remained closely associated with the original song.

He had been expected to make a surprise appearance during the first performance, but severe weather delayed his journey to New York. Instead of abandoning the planned reunion, the brothers found another solution: they performed “Burnin’ Up” for a second time at the end of the concert, finally giving the audience the surprise they had intended.

After the interval, the show moves into the Jonas Brothers’ more recent catalogue. Act Two begins with “Backwards” and includes “Love Me to Heaven” and “Waffle House”, reflecting the music created after the trio reunited.

The brothers also use the second half to acknowledge their individual careers. Joe Jonas performs the DNCE hit “Cake by the Ocean”, while Nick Jonas revisits his solo success with “Jealous”. Kevin takes centre stage with “Changing”, giving each brother an opportunity to represent the musical projects developed outside the group.

Another element designed to make individual concerts different is the fan request section. At Madison Square Garden, the audience was treated to “Cool” before the band continued with “Listen When Sad”, “Only Human”, “What a Man Gotta Do”, “Leave Before You Love Me” and “Sucker”.

The result is effectively a journey through nearly two decades of Jonas Brothers history. Instead of simply recreating a tour from their youth, Kevin, Joe and Nick are placing those songs alongside the music that followed their reunion, illustrating how both their sound and their individual identities have evolved.

Following the three New York concerts on 20, 21 and 22 August, the wider tour begins on 25 September in Boston. Stops include Toronto, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Seattle and Denver.

The run is currently scheduled to conclude on 21 December at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, following a 19 December performance at UBS Arena in Belmont Park.

Different dates will feature support from All Time Low, Magnus Ferrell, Franklin Jonas and Deleasa, adding further variety to the extensive itinerary.

Ticketing also introduces a notable initiative through Spotify Reserved, which gives eligible Spotify Premium top fans access to a limited allocation before the general sale. The tour additionally offers several VIP experiences, including premium seating, access to the pre-show Burnin’ Up VIP Lounge, exclusive merchandise and early shopping opportunities.
