Amanda Seyfried becomes Tiffany & Co.’s new ambassador and stars in Love Is a Gift, an emotional Christmas campaign celebrating love and family memories.
Christmas 2026 at Tiffany & Co. has a new leading lady. The prestigious American luxury jewellery house has announced the appointment of Amanda Seyfried as its newest ambassador, coinciding with the launch of Love Is a Gift, its festive campaign for the season.
The actress, celebrated for her performances in Mamma Mia!, Les Misérables and The Dropout, takes centre stage in a cinematic production exploring the emotional significance of gift-giving and its ability to connect different generations.
Directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Derek Cianfrance, Tiffany & Co. presents the short film You & Me, a story unfolding between present-day New York and the early 1990s. The narrative begins in an elegant Upper East Side residence, where a woman discovers a Tiffany Blue Box dated December 1992 while decorating her Christmas tree. The discovery brings back childhood memories and a family tradition that began with her mother.

In these scenes from the past, her mother is seen wearing jewellery from the Tiffany HardWear collection before giving her daughter a delicate Christmas ornament inspired by the iconic Bird on a Rock design. Decades later, the little girl has become a mother herself and places the same ornament on the tree alongside her own daughter, keeping alive a tradition spanning three generations.
For this production, Tiffany & Co. created an exclusive piece in collaboration with production designer Karen Murphy, drawing inspiration from the iconic creation by Jean Schlumberger, originally introduced in 1965. The short film also incorporates historical elements from the house’s archives, including a leaded-glass table lamp featuring wisteria motifs designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
The direction of Derek Cianfrance, known for films such as Blue Valentine and The Place Beyond the Pines, brings an intimate sensitivity to this story about memory and family bonds. The production involves American Haiku and Radical Media, with cinematography by Arseni Khachaturan. A new rendition of You & Me Song by The Wannadies accompanies the scenes.
For Amanda Seyfried, the campaign marks her first official appearance as an ambassador for the jewellery house, whose designs she had recently worn at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles. The actress has expressed her excitement about joining the Tiffany family and taking part in a campaign dedicated to love, traditions and the memories that endure through time.
