Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a sweet date night over the weekend.
On Monday (July 17), Jennifer took to social media to tease something wedding-related in her newsletter On The JLo.
Her anniversary gift to the fans was the complete lyrics and first snippet of the track. It marks the first taste of her forthcoming album “This Is Me… Now,” and the first new song about Ben since they rekindled their romance.
A snippet of the track surfaced on Twitter. In it, Jennifer sings along while recounting the conversation that led to their decision to get hitched in Las Vegas. The couple then celebrated with a second wedding in Georgia.
“Then you whispered in my ear / Said let’s get out of here / We can disappear tonight,” Jennifer sings in the snippet. “What about a / Midnight trip to Vegas / Just me and you baby / Throw the kids in the back / of the pink Cadillac / And us in the bathroom changing.”
“Midnight Trip to Vegas” won’t be the only song about Ben on “This Is Me… Now.” Jennifer previously teased some other ones in an interview!
