Alberta Ferretti is taking a step forward in its global strategy with a new management structure. The Italian luxury brand, owned by the Aeffe Group, has announced the appointment of Alexandra Lamprecht as CEO.
The Italian firm Alberta Ferretti is determined to strengthen its global presence and commit to a strategic renewal in its leadership. Just weeks after appointing a new creative director, The Aeffe Group, owner of the brand and also of the renowned Moschino, has created the position of CEO, which will be under the baton of Alexandra Lamprecht, a veteran with more than 25 years in the world of luxury.
Lamprecht, who assumes the position with immediate effect, will report directly to Aeffe President Massimo Ferretti. Her mission is clear: to enhance Alberta Ferretti’s growth, especially in international markets, working hand in hand with newly appointed creative director Lorenzo Serafini. “With Alexandra we complete an ambitious and energetic team,” commented Ferretti, who is fully confident that Lamprecht will bring dynamic and positive leadership to this new phase.
This restructuring comes shortly after Alberta Ferretti, who founded the brand in 1981 with her brother Massimo, resigned as creative director, while maintaining her role as group vice president. Lorenzo Serafini, who had led the young line Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini since 2014, has taken over creatively, with plans to merge Philosophy with Alberta Ferretti starting with the fall/winter 2025-2026 season. His vision for the brand will debut at the upcoming Milan Fashion Week in February.
Lamprecht brings a strong track record that spans firms such as Lorena Antoniazzi, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino and Etro. With extensive experience in luxury brand management and development, Lamprecht was enthusiastic about contributing to the evolution of Alberta Ferretti, betting on its legacy and authenticity in Italian luxury.
This move is part of a broader strategy of Aeffe, which is also working on the relaunch of Moschino under the direction of Adrian Appiolaza. With an ever-changing market, Aeffe is betting on a solid and highly skilled team to meet the challenges of contemporary luxury, ensuring that both.
