Bill Simmons, a high-ranking executive at the streaming platform Spotify, has referred to Harry and Meghan Markle as “bloody scammers” after they did not renew their podcast for a second season.

The sudden departure of the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan, is causing a lot of buzz. Following the announcement that they were going their separate ways and not renewing their successful podcast for a second season, rumors suggest that the American could be one of the new faces of Dior.

Now, she and her husband, Prince Harry, have been branded as “bloody scammers” by Bill Simmons, an executive at the company, following the end of their $20 million agreement.

Simmons, the founder of ‘The Ringer’ podcast network and the person responsible for innovation and monetization in this area at Spotify, recently ridiculed the Sussexes on his show. “The ‘Bloody Scammers,’ that’s the podcast we should have launched with them,” Simmons stated. “One night, I’ll have to get drunk and tell the story of the Zoom call I had with Harry, trying to help him with a podcast idea. It’s one of my best anecdotes.”
