Kim Kardashian’s Skims line is being credited with saving the life of a woman who was shot.
If you didn’t know, the 42-year-old reality star’s line sells shapewear. However, one woman describes it as “modern body armor for women” and sings its praises in a viral TikTok that even caught Kim’s attention.
A TikTok creator used the platform to share the story of how Kim’s shapewear saved her life after she was shot four times on New Year’s Day.
“Kim Kardashian saved my life,” the video began. “The night I got shot, underneath my dress, I was wearing a Skims shapewear. It was so tight that it literally prevented me from bleeding out.”
She continued to emphasize that she “highly recommends it” and that she “should wear it every day.”
“Call it fate or call it Jesus, but I call it Kim. I definitely call it Kim,” she added with an animated laugh.
