Ariana Grande is sharing her thoughts on all the body-shaming comments she’s been receiving lately.
The 29-year-old singer and actress has been working on the Wicked movies for the past six months and fans expressed concern about her appearance after she appeared in public last week.
Ariana was spotted supporting one of her fellow cast members from Wicked at a concert in London. On Tuesday afternoon (April 11), Ariana posted a three-minute video on TikTok in which she addressed all of the comments.
In the video, Ariana shared that comments about her body have affected her, but that she is proud of her body just the way it is and will not allow others’ opinions to make her feel bad about herself. She also shared that she is not wearing false eyelashes or eyeliner in the video and encouraged everyone to love themselves just the way they are.
“I send them a lot of love and I think they are beautiful no matter what they are going through, no matter what their weight is, no matter how they like to do their makeup these days, whether or not they have had cosmetic procedures or anything else. I just think they are beautiful and I wanted to share some sentiments. Have a beautiful day and I’m sending you lots of love.”concluded Ariana.
