Barry Keoghan joins OMEGA as an ambassador, launching the sleek Speedmaster Moonwatch Bi-Colour collection, a fusion of luxury and precision.
Actor Barry Keoghan is the latest ambassador for OMEGA, serving as the face of the launch of the Speedmaster Moonwatch Bi-Colour collection. Although this launch marks the official start of the collaboration between Keoghan and OMEGA, the Academy Award winner has been a longtime fan of the brand, even sporting a 1930s Lépine “Sideros” pocket watch at the Met Gala.
The Speedmaster Moonwatch has been the choice of astronauts for decades and has played a role in every moon landing. Its new Bi-Colour configuration boasts a contrasting style that incorporates two materials: stainless steel and 18k “Moonshine” gold. The silver dial is framed by a black ceramic bezel, with the tachymeter scale in OMEGA Ceragold, while the contrasting subdials are also presented in 18k Moonshine gold. Another color combination uses rose gold, highlighting its inclusion by using it across the entire face of the watch, while the subdials are presented in black.
The partnership marks another achievement in Keoghan’s career, who has experienced a monumental rise in the past year. From his acclaimed role in “Saltburn” to his recent relationship with singer Sabrina Carpenter, which was publicly announced last month with much fanfare, his streak of success shows no sign of slowing down soon.
The Speedmaster Moonwatch Bi-Colour collection is now available to customers at selected OMEGA boutiques, with each watch priced at $18,100 USD.
