Bella Hadid dazzles in Cannes with an asymmetrical and revealing dress by Jacquemus, preview of their upcoming collection.
During the 2024 Cannes Film Festival, no one seemed to enjoy themselves more than Bella Hadid. Settled in the French Riviera, she walked one red carpet after another. Each appearance, big or small, gave her the opportunity to showcase a stunning look, and she seemed to relish the challenge.
One of Hadid’s most impressive looks in Cannes emerged as the festival was drawing to a close. She was seen on May 23rd in a unique all-white ensemble by Jacquemus. The brand later revealed in an Instagram post that her dress is part of an upcoming collection.
Bella Hadid’s Revealing Dress
Bella Hadid wore the Jacquemus dress at the Hotel Martinez. From the front, she was covered from the neck down to just below the knees, with one sleeve reaching the elbow and the other stopping at the upper arm. The asymmetry was even more notable from the back, with one side exposed and the other fully covered. It was essentially the high-fashion “mullet,” and that’s not a criticism.
“So happy that @bellahadid is wearing a preview of our upcoming show ‘LA CASA’,” the brand wrote on Instagram, hinting at their upcoming 15th-anniversary show in Capri. Hadid’s sister, Gigi, took the opportunity to share how much she loved the look: “So Good,” she wrote in the comments.
Branded Accessories
Hadid stayed true to Jacquemus for most of her outfit. Along with her dress, her shoes and bag were also by the brand. Her shoes were a pair of Les Doubles Sandales, which look like two sets of sandals stacked together and cost $1,060.
For a splash of color, Hadid opted for the Le Bambino Long bag by Jacquemus. Hers was in a shade of blue that is currently unavailable, but other color variants are also sold for $1,060.
Hadid deviated from Jacquemus with her jewelry. The rectangular gold earrings she wore were the Cait by Aureum, which are priced at $335.
More White on White
White was Hadid’s favorite color on May 23. She also wore a beautiful white dress by Versace, paired with silver shoes by Jimmy Choo and jewelry by Chopard. After so many days of fashion delights like these, what are we supposed to do now that Cannes is over?
