Calvin Klein returns to New York Fashion Week with Veronica Leoni’s debut collection, marking a new creative era for the brand.
The iconic American fashion house has announced its comeback to New York Fashion Week this February, where it will showcase the first collection by its new creative director, Veronica Leoni. The mixed-gender runway show, featuring both menswear and womenswear, is scheduled for Friday, 7 February, in an intimate setting.

Veronica Leoni, originally from Italy and a finalist of the 2023 LVMH Prize, is celebrated for her avant-garde label Quira and her experience with renowned fashion houses such as Jil Sander, Celine, Moncler, and The Row. Despite Calvin Klein’s signature minimalist American aesthetic, Leoni has developed this collection from her hometown of Rome, collaborating with a youthful team she has assembled for this new chapter.
Eva Serrano, Global President of Calvin Klein, stated: “Calvin Klein is thrilled to return to the global stage at New York Fashion Week and to unveil Veronica Leoni’s creative vision for Calvin Klein Collection“. This runway show marks the brand’s first since Raf Simons’ final collection in Manhattan in 2018.
The announcement has been met with enthusiasm within the fashion industry. Leoni’s appointment heralds a new era of innovation and creativity for Calvin Klein, aiming to honour its iconic heritage while embracing a fresh and contemporary perspective.
