Dolly Parton goes full-on rocker and chic at ‘Rockstar’ press conference

Dolly Parton fully embraces the rock fantasy as she attended a press conference for her upcoming album Rockstar at the Four Seasons Hotel in London, England, this past Thursday.

The 77-year-old country legend, known for “Jolene,” looked as fresh as ever with knee-high silver boots and a dazzling fringe skirt.

Her look effortlessly combined a touch of edginess with her feminine style, proving that Dolly can do absolutely anything.

Speaking at the press conference, the hitmaker discussed her foray into rock music.

“I have lived my whole life mainly in country music, and I love it,” she said at the event, according to Reuters. “This was something completely new to me, and I really put my heart and soul into it, and I’d like to think it’s some of the best work I’ve done.”

She continued, “I went to places I didn’t even know I was going to go… it was a joy for me, I must say, one of the most fun things I’ve ever done.”

Rockstar will be released in full on November 17th. We have already seen the star-studded tracklist.
