Take a closer look at the eclectic range in the cinematic campaign now. Ferragamo’s Pre-Fall 2023 collection, inspired by Hollywood and directed by Creative Director Maximilian Davis, will be launched worldwide this month.
To focus on silver screen styles, the brand unveils a new campaign photographed by renowned photographer and filmmaker Tyler Mitchell.
Harnessing the collection’s contemporary vision of Salvatore Ferragamo‘s fashion’s diverse adaptations to film, the new campaign offers a refined presentation in an unconventional manner, which the brand calls “A Fresh Perspective”. The video’s backdrop revolves around an elegant architectural structure that opens up like a frame to undulating valleys, with Ferragamo-clad models adorning the concrete surfaces.

In the theatrical narrative, the collection’s tailored flannel and denim suits are captured in smooth camera movements. But leaving a statement in the natural landscape, it is Davis’s signature application of bold colors and metallic bronzes that elevates the Western aesthetic to contemporary heights, working cohesively with the campaign’s futuristic structures.
Speaking about his longstanding relationship with Mitchell, Maximilian Davis says, “Tyler is someone I’ve grown up with; we’re part of the same community and have always talked about collaborating.” He adds, “There is a simplicity and elegance in his work and in the way he captures people; a relaxed clarity that is never forced.”
