Frédéric Arnault, son of Bernard Arnault, is appointed CEO of Loro Piana in LVMH’s reshuffle, strengthening its leadership in the luxury industry.

LVMH has announced a new change in its leadership, appointing Frédéric Arnault as the new CEO of Loro Piana. At just 29 years old, Arnault, the son of Bernard Arnault, Chairman of LVMH, will take the helm of the prestigious Italian luxury brand.

A graduate of the ‘École Polytechnique’ in France, Arnault spent six years at TAG Heuer before becoming CEO of LVMH’s watchmaking division in 2024. According to the company, his strategic vision and focus on excellence have been key to the group, particularly in expanding the global alliance between LVMH and Formula 1. He also led the acquisition of ‘L’Épée 1839’, the Swiss high-end watchmaker.

Arnault will assume his new role on 26th March, in a transitional period with Damien Bertrand, who has been appointed Deputy Director of Louis Vuitton, starting 10th June 2025.

Bernard Arnault highlighted that these changes reflect the group’s commitment to talent and leadership. With these appointments, LVMH continues to strengthen its position in the luxury industry, ensuring the evolution of its iconic brands.
