“Heartstopper” adds Jonathan Bailey, Hayley Atwell, and Eddie Marsan to its Season 3 lineup, promising emotions and new characters.

Netflix’s series “Heartstopper” has welcomed three new members to its cast for Season 3, including Jonathan Bailey (Fellow Travelers, Bridgerton), Hayley Atwell (Mission: Impossible – Reckoning Part One, Captain America: The First Avenger), and Eddie Marsan (Back in Black, Ray Donovan). The series returns with 8 new episodes in October.

In Season 3, Charlie (Joe Locke) wishes to tell Nick (Kit Connor) that he loves him. Nick also has something important to tell Charlie. As the summer holidays end and the months progress, the friends begin to realize that the school year will bring both joys and challenges. As they learn more about each other and their relationships, plan social events and parties, and start thinking about college choices, they all must learn to lean on those they love when life doesn’t go according to plan.

William Gao, Yasmin Finney, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Tobie Donovan, Jenny Walser, Rhea Norwood, and Leila Khan also star in the series.

Hayley Atwell joins the Nelson family as Nick’s aunt, Diane, who takes Nick on a summer vacation in Menorca and has some tough advice to give about their relationship. Eddie Marsan will play a beloved character from the graphic novels: Geoff, Charlie’s wise and straightforward therapist. And lastly, Jonathan Bailey will make a special appearance as Jack Maddox, a famous Instagram classicist and Charlie’s crush. It was a real pleasure to see the talent of Hayley, Eddie, and Jonathan alongside our existing cast, and I can’t wait for Heartstopper fans to meet these new characters,” shared Alice Oseman, creator and writer of the series.
