Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez are set to debut their first collection for Loewe during Paris Fashion Week.
The designers, best known for their work at Proenza Schouler, will unveil their inaugural collection for the Spanish house at Paris Fashion Week this October. The announcement marks a new chapter for Loewe, which has been part of the LVMH group since 1996.
McCollough and Hernandez will assume full creative responsibility for Loewe, overseeing womenswear, menswear, leather goods and accessories. Loewe’s CEO, Pascale Lepoivre, emphasised that their creative vision aligns perfectly with the brand’s values and expressed confidence in their ability to drive its future success.
The duo have recently relocated to Paris, where Loewe’s creative offices are based. Both designers shared their honour at joining a house with such a rich history, founded in 1846 and globally renowned for its craftsmanship and creativity.
Under Jonathan Anderson’s leadership, the brand experienced remarkable growth, with revenues increasing more than sevenfold. McCollough and Hernandez now face the task of continuing that momentum and further strengthening Loewe’s global position.
Meanwhile, Anderson has taken over as creative director at Dior Men, where he will present his first collection this June.
