Joe Jonas opens up about how therapy and fatherhood transformed his life after going through a dark and emotionally challenging time.

Joe Jonas, singer and former member of the Jonas Brothers, recently shared how therapy played a crucial role in helping him through a difficult chapter in his life. At 35, the artist spoke candidly on the “TalkShopLive” podcast and surprised fans by admitting he was initially hesitant to seek professional help. “I thought I was fine, that talking to friends and working out was enough,” he said. But after taking the advice to speak with a therapist, his outlook changed completely.

Joe also emphasised the importance of building a support network and encouraged men, in particular, not to stay silent. “Sending a message, making a call or visiting someone can save lives,” he expressed.

The artist noted that becoming a father to his daughters Willa and Delphine was a turning point. “I have to take better care of myself so I can be a role model for them,” he stated.

Joe Jonas’ courageous confession not only inspires those facing emotional challenges but also reinforces the message that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
