Jonathan Majors stars in Magazine Dreams, an intense film about the pursuit of perfection and the yearning for recognition.

Known for his roles in Creed III and Loki, Jonathan Majors returns to the big screen with Magazine Dreams, a film that promises to be one of the most impactful of 2025. The film’s trailer, released on 29th January, gives a first glimpse into the complexity of Majors’ character, Killian Maddox, a bodybuilder striving to become the best while facing countless personal and professional challenges.

In Magazine Dreams, Killian is obsessed with achieving global fame in the bodybuilding world and appearing on the covers of fitness magazines. His life is marked by solitude and extreme discipline, which pushes him towards self-destruction. However, beneath his obsession with perfection lies a deep desire for human connection, a facet that adds layers of vulnerability to his character.

The film, which explores the limits of the physical body and inner struggles, will be released in cinemas on 21st March 2025. This production comes after Jonathan Majors’ recent legal troubles, as he was convicted of assault in December 2024, though a second defamation lawsuit was withdrawn shortly after.

Magazine Dreams promises to be an intense and thought-provoking experience about sacrifice and the search for recognition.
