Lila Moss is the new global ambassador for DKNY, starring in a cinematic campaign inspired by iconic New York films.
DKNY has chosen Lila Moss as its new global face for the Spring 2025 campaign. At just 22 years old, the British model stars in a series of scenes inspired by iconic films shot in the vibrant city of New York, where she has recently moved. The campaign takes a cinematic approach, with Moss playing the main character and embodying various roles while wearing pieces from the ‘DKNY est. 1989’ collection, which revisits iconic items from the brand’s archives.
Moss’s selection carries significant symbolism, as her mother, Kate Moss, is the face of Donna Karan New York’s Spring 2025 campaign, reinforcing the mother-daughter connection with the brand’s history. The campaign’s creative director, Trey Laird, highlighted Lila’s energy as the perfect reflection of DKNY’s youthful and dynamic spirit.
Moss’s style in this campaign, with casual yet sophisticated looks, showcases her ability to combine pieces like pinstripe suits with more relaxed attire such as denim jeans and leather jackets. The campaign, shot by Mikael Jansson, not only highlights fashion but also the essence of New York, creating an atmosphere that evokes a love for both cinema and the city.
