Rihanna is the new face of Dior’s J’Adore, bringing her creativity and female empowerment to the iconic fragrance.

Rihanna has been named the new face of the iconic J’Adore fragrance by Parfums Christian Dior. The singer, entrepreneur, and fashion icon expressed her excitement about this new role, describing it as “an honor and a mission.” “The scent, which I have known and loved for so long, means so much to women,” Rihanna said, highlighting her desire to contribute her story, roots, creativity, and femininity to this venture.

Rihanna follows Charlize Theron, who represented the fragrance for 20 years and is now Dior’s ambassador for jewelry and skincare. Véronique Courtois, CEO of Parfums Christian Dior, emphasized that Rihanna was the obvious choice due to her immense artistic influence, business success, and humanitarian commitment. “She is a model of female empowerment, an inspiring figure for all generations,” Courtois stated.

The J’Adore campaign starring Rihanna was photographed by Steven Klein and will launch on September 1st. Courtois promised that the campaign will include all the elements expected from a Dior story: emotion, desire, and a touch of grandeur, along with some surprises.

Rihanna’s relationship with Dior is not new; she previously participated in the “Secret Garden IV” campaign and collaborated on a sunglasses collection. This new chapter solidifies her bond with the brand, bringing her unique and captivating touch to a new generation of women.
