Simone Bellotti, New Creative Director of Jil Sander

Simone Bellotti takes over as the creative director of Jil Sander, marking a new chapter for the brand under OTB’s strategic vision.

OTB Group and its luxury brand Jil Sander have announced the appointment of Simone Bellotti as their new creative director. The decision, effective immediately, follows the departure of Luke and Lucie Meier, who presented their final collection for the house during Milan Fashion Week Autumn 2025.

Bellotti, who assumed the creative direction of Bally in May 2023, is a designer with an impeccable track record in the luxury sector. Before joining Bally, he spent 16 years at Gucci and held key positions at Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, and Gianfranco Ferré. His expertise spans both ready-to-wear tailoring and accessories, establishing him as a specialist in functional sophistication.

“It is an honor to join Jil Sander, a house with a unique identity that has defined an innovative aesthetic. I am grateful to Renzo Rosso for the trust placed in me, and I am excited to take the brand to its full potential,” said Bellotti.

This move follows the recent appointment of Serge Brunschwig, former CEO of Fendi, as OTB’s strategy director, solidifying a new era for Jil Sander.
