Sofía Carson and Corey Mylchreest present their new romantic film on Netflix, based on the book ‘My Oxford Year.’

Sofía Carson and Corey Mylchreest made an impression on the Los Angeles red carpet at the world premiere of My Oxford Year, the highly anticipated film adaptation of Julia Whelan’s novel. The event took place on Thursday 24 July at the Netflix Tudum Theatre and brought together the entire team: from screenwriters Allison Burnett and Melissa Osborne, to director Iain Morris and the rest of the cast, including Esmé Kingdom, Nikhil Parmar, Poppy Gilbert and Romina Cocca.

Carson, who is also a producer of the film, wore an outfit by Richard Quinn and jewellery by Chopard, while Mylchreest opted for an elegant TAG Heuer watch.

Synopsis: Anna (Carson), an ambitious young American, travels to Oxford to fulfil a childhood dream. Her life changes completely when she meets a charming and witty British young man (Mylchreest), with whom she experiences an unexpected emotional turn.

My Oxford Year premieres on Netflix on 1 August.
