Stella McCartney FW25 brings glamour back with an ’80s aesthetic, vegan innovation, and a stunning show that ended with pole dancers on the catwalk.

For her first collection after reclaiming full control of her brand, Stella McCartney made it clear that glamour and sustainability can go hand in hand. The Autumn/Winter 2025 collection was presented at Stellacorp, a space designed to look like an ’80s office in the 17th district of Paris. Phones, Post-its, printers, and actors recreating work stress marked the beginning of the show before fashion took centre stage.

Far from the muted minimalism of “corpcore,” McCartney opted for dazzling elegance: suits with pronounced shoulders, hooded coats, shiny silk dresses, and bold details. With a touch of ’80s decadence, the collection combined intense red lips with suits worthy of American Psycho and Working Girl-style boots.

True to her commitment to material innovation, the designer used ‘Yatay M,’ a vegan fabric made from mushroom mycelium, recycled polyester, and bio-based polyurethane. She also relaunched her Adidas x Stella McCartney Rasant trainers in new colours.

As an unexpected finale, pole dancers surprised the audience on the catwalk, adding a provocative touch to the event.
