Girls Aloud’s reunion tour The Girls Aloud Show will air on ITV later this year, celebrating their late bandmate Sarah Harding.
The Girls Aloud Show, the reunion tour of the iconic British group, will be broadcast on ITV and ITVX later this year. The tour, held between May and June 2024, saw Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, and Kimberley Walsh come together to celebrate the legacy of their late bandmate, Sarah Harding.
The 30-date UK and Ireland arena tour featured chart-topping hits like Sound of the Underground, I’ll Stand By You, and The Promise. Performances at London’s O2 Arena were filmed for TV, with ITV securing the broadcast rights.
Nicola Roberts shared: “This show is a celebration of our 22-year journey and of Sarah, who will always be in our hearts.” Cheryl added: “Every show was full of joy and nostalgia, with special moments when we remembered Sarah alongside our fans.”
Nadine Coyle also praised the energy of the audience: “Our fans got so creative, dressing up as different eras of Girls Aloud.” Kimberley Walsh concluded: “It’s amazing that those who couldn’t attend now have the chance to experience it on TV.”
While the exact air date has yet to be confirmed, The Girls Aloud Show is expected to premiere on ITV and ITVX before the end of the year.
