Bvlgari welcomes Kento Nakajima as ambassador, uniting Roman high jewellery with artistic expression shaped by vision, discipline and emotion.
The Rome-born high jewellery maison Bvlgari has announced the appointment of actor and artist Kento Nakajima as its new global ambassador. Revealed on January 9, the announcement formally brings Nakajima into the Bvlgari family alongside the House’s international ambassadors, marking a natural evolution of a relationship built over several years.
In its official statement, Bvlgari described Nakajima as “a jewel named Kento Nakajima”, a phrase that reflects both his artistic presence and his alignment with the Maison’s values. As a solo singer and actor, Nakajima has captivated audiences through expressive performances, a strong personal vision and a clear determination to translate that vision into reality — qualities the House considers central to its identity.
Nakajima’s connection to Bvlgari is deeply personal. The artist revealed that he has been wearing Bvlgari jewellery for more than twelve years, particularly the Save the Children ring, which he describes as a piece that enhances his presence both on stage and in everyday life. “It has always been a precious jewel to me,” he shared, “one that brings out my own charm whenever I wear it.”

That bond was further strengthened during his time living in Rome while filming the international drama ‘Concordia’. “I remember walking through the city memorising my script and stopping in my tracks in front of the Bvlgari flagship store on Via Condotti,” Nakajima recalled. “It radiated an overwhelming presence that left a lasting impression on me.”
As an ambassador, Kento Nakajima is expected to communicate Bvlgari’s world and values both in Japan and on the global stage. “I hope to convey the appeal of Bvlgari through my own form of expression and make the eyes of many people shine like jewels,” he stated.
With this appointment, Bvlgari continues to position itself at the intersection of heritage and contemporary culture, choosing ambassadors who embody authenticity, creativity and emotional resonance. In Kento Nakajima, the Maison finds not just a representative, but a storyteller capable of translating Roman luxury into a global, modern language.
