Bulgari unveils ‘Eclettica’ in Milan, its new high jewellery collection, with Anne Hathaway, Dua Lipa and other stars at an exclusive event.

The city of Milan became the epicentre of luxury with the unveiling of ‘Eclettica’, the new high jewellery collection by Bulgari, at an event that brought together some of the most influential figures from film, music and fashion. Among the guests were Anne Hathaway, Dua Lipa, Jake Gyllenhaal, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Liu Yifei, setting the tone for a night defined by spectacle and exclusivity.

The event, held following a private dinner with clients and celebrities, featured an immersive staging with live music, dance performances, 3D screens and models wearing the jewels alongside designs by Francesco Murano. The experience was conceived to reflect the core idea behind the collection: the fusion of different artistic disciplines into a singular creative language.

‘Eclettica’ comprises more than 150 pieces, including nine creations considered true Capolavori — masterpieces that represent the brand’s technical and creative excellence. Bulgari defines this approach as “artmanship”, a blend of art and craftsmanship that elevates jewellery into a form of cultural expression.

Among the standout designs is the Secret Garden necklace, centred around a remarkable 26.65-carat Padparadscha sapphire, an exceptionally rare gemstone that anchors a composition rich in colour and detail. Also notable is the Emerald Strata necklace, inspired by classical columns, featuring Zambian emeralds in a fluid structure that drapes like fabric against the body.

The collection also embraces versatility through transformable pieces such as the Seres Scarf necklace, which adapts to different forms and styles, and the Eclectic Embrace, inspired by the architecture of the Castle of Sammezzano, translating mosaics and arabesques into a contemporary design.

Beyond the design itself, Milan’s selection as the setting reflects a clear strategy. According to Jean-Christophe Babin, the brand’s CEO, the city represents one of Europe’s fastest-growing luxury markets, with a new generation of high-net-worth clients and a cultural diversity that aligns with the concept of eclecticism.

The decision to launch in March, rather than the traditional May calendar, also signals a strategic shift, allowing the brand to capitalise on the global fashion schedule after closing 2025 as its strongest year to date.

With ‘Eclettica’, Bulgari delivers more than a collection — it presents a statement of intent: a contemporary vision of luxury where creativity, technique and emotion converge to transform each piece into wearable art.
