RIMOWA expands beyond travel with the launch of the Dartboard Case Silver, a limited-edition collaboration with Winmau, unveiled through a campaign starring Walton Goggins.
RIMOWA has once again demonstrated that its spirit of innovation extends far beyond premium luggage. The renowned German brand, celebrated worldwide for its iconic aluminium suitcases, has introduced a striking new creation that moves into the world of collectible design. The new Dartboard Case Silver transforms a professional dartboard into a sophisticated luxury piece, combining craftsmanship, functionality and the unmistakable design language that has defined the brand for decades.
The launch marks another step in RIMOWA’s ambition to explore new product categories while remaining true to the identity that has made the company a global benchmark for contemporary design. Manufactured in Cologne, the exclusive case has been developed in partnership with Winmau, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of professional darts equipment and the official supplier to the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC).

At first glance, the Dartboard Case Silver carries all the signature design codes that have made RIMOWA’s luggage instantly recognisable. The exterior is crafted from the brand’s distinctive grooved aluminium, delivering the refined industrial aesthetic that has become synonymous with its premium collections.
The design features a double-door construction that maintains a sleek, minimalist profile when closed. Custom polished latch locks keep the contents securely protected, while engraved rivets and a black leather handle inspired by the Classic collection reinforce the case’s luxurious finish.

Opening the cabinet reveals a meticulously designed interior where every detail has been carefully considered. At its centre sits the professional Winmau Blade X dartboard, framed by black microfibre that creates a dramatic contrast against the silver aluminium exterior while adding a refined, premium feel.
For this collaboration, RIMOWA and Winmau have also introduced an exclusive reinterpretation of the traditional dartboard, replacing some of its classic colours with elegant shades of light grey that perfectly complement the case’s monochromatic aesthetic.

The interior also houses two complete sets of professional darts, neatly stored inside the cabinet doors. Each set includes three darts fitted with custom RIMOWA-branded shafts and distinctive red and green flights featuring the company’s signature monogram in a refined two-tone finish.

RIMOWA has released an original campaign starring acclaimed actor Walton Goggins, directed by Grégoire Dyer. Set inside the company’s historic Cologne factory, the short film follows Goggins as a security guard working a quiet Sunday shift while closely following a football match involving his favourite team.
