Katy Perry’s residency in Las Vegas is almost over and the singer is already thinking about her next album.
In an interview with Out the 38-year-old pop singer talked about her experience in Las Vegas and her plans for the future. Katy Perry explained that she began planning her Las Vegas residency before the pandemic, and was fortunate to be able to move forward with the project during the worldwide hiatus.
The singer said she feels very connected to the city, where she used to spend her childhood vacations visiting her grandmother, and where she has now been able to create indelible memories thanks to her residency.
However, Perry also is looking forward to getting back on the road and performing concerts for those fans who were unable to attend his Las Vegas show. According to the artist, her last tour was in 2018 and she believes it’s time to hit the road and reconnect with her fans.
In addition, Perry talked about one of her personal projects: appearing on the famous television show RuPaul’s Drag Race. The singer revealed that she has always been a big fan of the show and is inspired by it on a daily basis. Although there are no confirmed dates for her appearance yet, Perry stated that this project is one of the things on her bucket list.
