The wife of the SpongeBob voice actor clarifies that he is not dating Ariana Grande.

There have been rumors that Ariana Grande is dating Ethan Slater, who played SpongeBob on Broadway, but let’s not confuse the character of SpongeBob with the voice actor.

Jill Talley, the voice actress, is married to Tom Kenny, who voices the iconic character of SpongeBob. Amid all the recent wild headlines about Ariana dating SpongeBob, she wanted to clarify something.

She commented on the Instagram post: “Hi everyone, I’m married to Tom Kenny (who voices SpongeBob on the TV show). He is not dating Ariana Grande. I don’t know if Ethan Slater (who played SpongeBob in the musical) is or isn’t dating Ariana Grande. However, they’re both adorable and I really would like to see them together. Just wanted to clear things up. P.S. As for me and Tom Kenny, we are celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary today.”
