The much-anticipated second season of ‘Nobody Wants This’ finally has a release date. Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, along with their fellow cast members, revealed that the new season will arrive on Netflix on 23 October 2025. The announcement was made live during Netflix’s FYSEE LA event, with series creator Erin Foster and the rest of the cast in attendance.
In a humorous video, the actors consulted a magic 8-ball about what’s to come in the new season. When Bell asked, “Will there be another iconic kiss this season?”, the 8-ball left everyone in suspense. But it was Brody who proudly confirmed: “And the rabbi says: Season 2!”
Inspired by Erin Foster’s real-life love story, the series follows Noah, a newly single rabbi, and Joanne, an agnostic podcaster, as they navigate cultural differences to build their relationship.
Joining Brody and Bell in returning roles are Justin Lupe, Timothy Simons, and Jackie Tohn, with a special surprise: Brody’s real-life wife, Leighton Meester, will appear as a guest star this season.
