Ariana Grande dazzles in Swarovski’s Christmas 2026 campaign with feathers, statement jewellery and an aesthetic inspired by classic Hollywood glamour.
Ariana Grande has once again surprised fans with a transformation straight out of a classic Hollywood film. The American singer and actress stars in Swarovski‘s Christmas 2026 campaign, a production that revives the glamour of cinema’s greatest divas through spectacular jewellery, feathered gowns and a theatrical setting.
Photographed by the acclaimed duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Ariana takes centre stage in ‘JOY: The Swarovski Musical’, the Austrian jewellery house’s festive campaign, which this year embraces a maximalist aesthetic where crystals, textures and colours take centre stage.

Under the creative direction of Giovanna Engelbert, with styling by Law Roach, the artist appears against golden settings and red velvet backdrops, wearing some of the most striking pieces from Swarovski’s collections.

In one image, Grande poses with a white stole draped over her shoulders, complemented by an impressive multi-strand choker, sculptural earrings and an array of rings and bracelets. In another, she wears a powder-pink feathered gown, paired with an oversized statement pendant and several layered necklaces that add volume to the ensemble.
Her signature updo, luminous make-up and glossy lips complete a transformation reminiscent of the great Hollywood stars of the 1950s.

The campaign also incorporates references to legendary entertainment figures such as Fred Astaire and Margot Fonteyn, with looks alternating between the sophistication of tuxedos and classically inspired gowns.

Among the standout jewellery pieces are designs from the Millenia, Una, Mesmera and Vienna collections, combining crystals in different sizes, shapes and finishes.
The creative team also includes Alyx Liu, responsible for hairstyling, and Michael Anthony, who created the make-up looks.
Unveiled on 28 October, the campaign marks another collaboration between Ariana Grande and Swarovski, for which she serves as a global brand ambassador.
