Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been spotted together in New York once again, this time for a particularly personal reason. The couple were photographed on Monday, 5 October as they headed out for dinner to celebrate the Kansas City Chiefs star’s 37th birthday.
The newlyweds chose Torrisi, one of SoHo’s best-known Italian restaurants, located on Mulberry Street and co-founded by chef Mario Carbone. The restaurant received a Michelin star in 2023 and has become a regular celebrity destination in Manhattan.
For the occasion, Kelce opted for a relaxed look consisting of a cardigan and black trousers, while the singer kept her outfit entirely dark with a black dress and leather jacket.
A birthday celebration during the Chiefs’ break
The celebration came just one day after Travis was in Las Vegas for the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Las Vegas Raiders, which ended in a 30-27 victory for his team.
The schedule also gave the couple the opportunity to enjoy a few quieter days together. The Chiefs are currently on their bye week and will not play again until Sunday, 18 October, when they return to action in Kansas City.
The New York outing therefore comes during one of those rare moments of downtime in the couple’s otherwise demanding professional schedules.
Taylor Swift had another reason to celebrate
The evening coincided with another major piece of news for the singer. Her latest single, ‘Patient Zero’, debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, while the other three new songs included on ‘The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore’ also managed to enter the Top 5.
With this latest chart-topper, Swift has now achieved 16 number-one singles on the Hot 100, four of them in 2026 alone.
