Bad Bunny is featured in the new trailer for the Prime Video movie ‘Cassandro’.

Directed by Roger Ross Williams, the biographical film stars Gael García Bernal as the renowned gay wrestler Saúl Armendáriz, also known as Cassandro.

Set in the 1980s, Cassandro lives in Texas but frequently competes in wrestling matches in Mexico. After connecting with a new coach, he starts competing as an “exótico,” an extravagant male wrestler who fights in feminine costumes.

Bad Bunny’s cameo shows him alongside Bernal. Although the story of his character, Felipe, is not yet known, he might be portraying Cassandro’s potential romantic interest.

The singer is no stranger to wrestling, as he has competed a few times in WWE. He has also been expanding his acting portfolio lately, having most recently appeared in last year’s action comedy, Bullet Train.

Alongside Bernal and Bad Bunny, the main cast includes Roberta Colindrez, Perla De La Rosa, Joaquín Cosío, and Raúl Castillo.
