Balmain introduces ‘Blanc Galaxie’, its new citrus and luminous fragrance from the ‘Les Éternels de Balmain’ collection, a symbol of expression, energy, and transformation.
Balmain expands its perfume collection with the launch of ‘Blanc Galaxie’, the ninth fragrance in the exclusive ‘Les Éternels de Balmain’ line. This eau de parfum symbolises hope and confidence.
“Blanc Galaxie is a blank canvas to express who you are to the world,” stated Olivier Rousteing, Balmain’s creative director.
The Les Éternels de Balmain collection debuted in August 2024 with eight genderless fragrances, combining new creations with reinterpretations of iconic scents such as Ivoire and Ébène. Balmain’s connection to perfumery dates back to 1946 with Élysées 64-83, followed by Vent Vert in 1947.
Created in collaboration with Givaudan perfumer Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Blanc Galaxie features five vibrant citrus notes, including Buddha’s Hand, bergamot, cédrat, green mandarin, and lime. Complemented by magnolia, cardamom, and patchouli, it evokes the brilliance of an eclipse.
With its elegant white-striped bottle, inspired by Élysées 64-83, Blanc Galaxie aims to be a transformative sensory experience. “It is a true renewal of energy and light,” said Claire Fremont, Vice President of Marketing at Balmain Beauty. Thus, Balmain reaffirms its legacy in perfumery with a sophisticated and modern creation.
