Casio revolutionizes wearable technology with the CRW-001-1JR, a compact, durable, and feature-packed ring watch.
As part of its 50th-anniversary celebrations, Casio has unveiled the CRW-001-1JR, an innovative ring-shaped watch. Drawing inspiration from the iconic lines of the full-metal G-SHOCK B2100 and B5000 series, this design offers a miniaturized form that takes the concept of “wearing time at your fingertips” to a whole new level.
Manufactured using advanced MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology, the ring watch is crafted by injecting powdered metal to create a complex structure. Its design integrates the case, back cover, and ring into a single piece using glass-bonding technology, ensuring a waterproof and durable construction suitable for everyday use.
The CRW-001-1JR features functions such as dual time zone display, a 7-segment LCD screen for hours, minutes, seconds, dates, a stopwatch, and a discreet lighting system that activates a flashing light at a programmed time.

Priced at ¥19,800 JPY (approximately $128 USD), it will be available starting in December. This watch represents a unique blend of digital precision and compact design, solidifying Casio’s position as a leader in technological innovation.
