Marvel releases the trailer for ‘Thunderbolts,’ featuring Florence Pugh leading a group of antiheroes on dangerous government missions.

Marvel Studios has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming movie, ‘Thunderbolts.’ Based on the comic of the same name, the story follows a group of antiheroes recruited by the government to carry out dangerous undercover missions.

The trailer shows Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, a spy trained as a Black Widow who is now part of the Thunderbolts. She is joined by David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov, a Russian super-soldier who acts as a father figure to Belova.

“There’s something wrong with me… a void,” Yelena says in a powerful voiceover, hinting at the personal dilemmas the characters will face.

The cast also includes stars like Hannah John-Kamen, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, Geraldine Viswanathan, Lewis Pullman, and Olga Kurylenko. The film is directed by Jake Schreier, while Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, serves as producer.

The movie promises intense action and a focus on the internal conflicts of these misfit characters. ‘Thunderbolts’ is set to hit theaters in May 2025.
