Gigi Hadid celebrates the expansion of her cashmere brand, Guest in Residence, with the opening of a store in Beverly Hills.

Model and entrepreneur Gigi Hadid marked the opening of her second Guest in Residence store in Beverly Hills, solidifying her vision as a luxury cashmere designer. The event, held on Saturday, brought together family and friends, including her father Mohamed Hadid, her brother Anwar, and celebrities such as Hailey Bieber.

The new space, located at 433 North Beverly Drive, offers a unique experience, featuring festive decor with a Christmas tree adorned with cashmere socks. Guests enjoyed hot chocolate while exploring the fall and winter 2024 collections, highlighting classic pieces such as knit sweaters and high-quality trousers, with prices starting at $275.

Hadid expressed her excitement about the brand’s expansion, founded in 2022, which has seen a 100% increase in revenue over the past year. Although Hadid considers New York her base, she emphasized the importance of a team that fosters a growth mindset, like the one she leads alongside her partner Isaac Ross.

With plans to launch a children’s line and future pop-up stores, Guest in Residence is positioning itself as a global brand, offering timeless luxury and sustainability in every piece.
