Kim Jones of Dior celebrates 40 years of Marc Jacobs with an exclusive limited-edition necklace, reflecting his dazzling legacy.
In a collaboration that honors the innovative spirit of fashion, Kim Jones, Artistic Director of Dior’s menswear collections, has designed an exclusive chain necklace to mark the 40th anniversary of the Marc Jacobs brand. The limited-edition piece features inflated CD and MJ initials paired with elegant crystal pendants, evoking the bold and radiant aesthetic that defines Jacobs.

“I wanted to capture an era where Marc lit up the world with his creativity, something he continues to do today,” Jones remarked.
The necklace, set to go on sale this Thursday, is a true collector’s item: only 20 pieces have been produced, each priced at €1,500. It will be available at Dior boutiques in key cities like Paris, New York, London, Dubai, and Tokyo.

The collaboration highlights a long-standing friendship between the two designers, who shared creative moments at Louis Vuitton and more recently worked together on a special collection for Fendi.
In addition to Jones, other fashion luminaries like Anna Sui and Nigo have created unique pieces to honor Marc Jacobs, cementing his legacy as one of the great pioneers of the industry.
