Kim Kardashian has shared shocking news: she suffers from a brain aneurysm. The revelation came in the trailer for the new season of ‘The Kardashians’, aired by The Today Show, which shows the entrepreneur and TV star undergoing an MRI scan and speaking directly to the camera: “There was a little aneurysm,” she says, visibly emotional. According to her doctor, the cause was “just stress” — a response that seems to have offered her little comfort.
“Last night I was like, ‘Why the fuck is this happening to me?’” Kim confesses in one of the preview’s most vulnerable moments, which has already started generating reactions on social media.
The seventh season of the series premiered on 23 October and will feature ten episodes, airing weekly until 25 December. In the US, it streams on Hulu, while in Spain and the UK it’s available on Disney+.
The clip also includes glimpses of her comments about her ex-husband Ye (Kanye West), whom she was married to between 2014 and 2022, and with whom she shares four children: North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7) and Psalm (6). “I’m happy that it’s over,” she says. “My ex will be in my life no matter what. These statements follow a recent controversial interview with Ye, in which he said: “I didn’t want to have kids with this person after the first two months of our relationship. But that wasn’t God’s plan.” He also lamented losing control over his children’s names and images: “I don’t even have the name or the image control of my kids. So how is that joint custody?”
