KITH and New Manual debut their first collaborative capsule, blending contemporary design with craftsmanship in two exclusive pieces.

KITH has teamed up with New Manual, Yutaka Fujiwara’s esteemed denim label, to launch their first-ever collaborative capsule. This exclusive collection celebrates the fusion of contemporary design and artisanal craftsmanship, showcasing the best of both brands.

Featured in a Masaru Kasamatsu-fronted lookbook, the capsule comprises two meticulously curated pieces, each envisioned by the brands’ creative minds. The first is a pair of painter trousers inspired by a 1970s vintage piece worn by Junya Matano, the director of KITH Tokyo. The second item is a modern reinterpretation of Fujiwara’s 1930s cowboy jacket, blending timeless aesthetics with a fresh perspective.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Matano shared on Instagram: “When I attended the very first New Manual exhibition, I was captivated by every word Fujiwara used to describe the products. From that moment, I dreamt of working with him.”

The KITH for New Manual capsule will be available exclusively at KITH Tokyo from 2 January 2025, accessible via a lottery system, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to this remarkable release.

Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind collaboration where fashion and heritage meet in perfect harmony.
