Louis Vuitton unveils the exclusive ‘LVKV-02 GMR 6,’ a travel-inspired timepiece created with Kari Voutilainen, featuring artisanal details and limited to just five units.
Louis Vuitton has revealed its latest creation in the world of luxury watchmaking: the ‘LVKV-02 GMR 6,’ a travel-inspired watch designed in collaboration with master watchmaker Kari Voutilainen. This exclusive edition is limited to only five pieces.
Based on the ‘Escale’ model, which debuted last year, the ‘LVKV-02 GMR 6’ reflects the maison’s deep-rooted travel heritage. Its 40.5mm case features angular lugs reminiscent of the rivets found on Louis Vuitton’s iconic trunks.

The watch stands out for its gold dial, crafted in four sections. The hour circle showcases a hand-painted decoration by Maryna Bossy, incorporating 28 colours and requiring 32 hours to complete. At the centre, Voutilainen’s hand-guilloché technique creates intricate patterns. A lower subdial displays a day-night disc with hand-engraved sun and moon motifs, inspired by Louis Vuitton’s monogram flower, in saffron and blue tones.
With a GMT system that can be adjusted at the click of the crown, the ‘LVKV-02 GMR 6’ is delivered in an exclusive handcrafted travel trunk.
