Burberry has reimagined its outerwear classics with a cinematic campaign shot in London, fronted by stars such as Lucky Blue Smith and Olivia Colman.
The British house ushered in the autumn season with a series of films celebrating its heritage in outerwear design, featuring internationally renowned figures including Lucky Blue Smith, Olivia Colman, Amelia Gray and Mona Tougaard. Directed by John Madden, the campaign unfolds through four short films exploring London’s identity through the eyes of both curious tourists and authentic locals.
Inspired by the eclectic spirit of the British capital, the campaign highlights Burberry’s most iconic pieces — trench coats, structured outerwear and capes — through endearing and everyday characters. In the films, Olivia Colman transforms into diverse London personas, from a fish-and-chips shop employee to a cricket enthusiast, paying tribute to the city’s multifaceted personality.

“Each film celebrates just a few of the many characters you can encounter in London,” said Daniel Lee, Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer, in the official release.
Lucky Blue Smith appears across London’s most emblematic locations, embodying the brand’s refined and understated elegance, while Amelia Gray and Mona Tougaard bring a contemporary interpretation of urban femininity.
The cast is rounded out by fashion icons such as Tyson Beckford and Liu Wen, underlining Burberry’s global reach while staying firmly rooted in British culture.
With this campaign, Burberry reinforces its leadership in outerwear while celebrating the diversity, humour and effortlessly sophisticated spirit of the city it calls home.
