Meghan Markle and Prince Harry lent their support to Los Angeles wildfire survivors and responders through heartfelt actions and donations.

On Friday, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a heartfelt visit to the Pasadena Convention Center, a temporary refuge for evacuees of the devastating Eaton Fire in Los Angeles. The couple, known for their charitable efforts, served food, interacted with displaced families, and expressed gratitude to emergency responders tirelessly combating the disaster.

In a statement, Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo shared that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had visited earlier in the day to serve food anonymously, blending in with volunteers. “They didn’t seek attention; they came to help,” he remarked. Later, the couple toured impacted areas, met first responders, and extended personal thanks.

Through their Archewell Foundation, Meghan and Harry donated supplies, including clothing and essentials for children. Their Montecito home has reportedly been opened to friends and evacuees in need.

The couple also highlighted organisations like the World Central Kitchen and the LA Fire Department Foundation, urging global support for relief efforts. At the time of writing, 16 lives have been lost, and over 100,000 residents remain under evacuation orders. Meghan and Harry’s actions underscore a powerful message: solidarity and compassion are essential in times of crisis.
