The Duchess of Sussex made a striking appearance in Paris with two elegant, custom-made Balenciaga outfits, reaffirming her global style authority.
On 3 October, Meghan Markle made her official debut at Paris Fashion Week, marking the occasion in grand style as she attended Pierpaolo Piccioli’s first show as Balenciaga’s new creative director — wearing two exclusive looks designed especially for her.
The Duchess arrived after all guests had taken their seats, commanding the room’s attention in an immaculate all-white ensemble: a silky shirt, matching tailored trousers and a long flowing cape draped gracefully over her shoulders. She completed the outfit with classic black pointed heels and a matching clutch bag. Her make-up was understated and refined, paired with a sleek, polished bun.

Later, for the after-show party, Meghan once again turned to Balenciaga and Piccioli, this time opting for a black midi dress featuring a cape-like neckline that fell over one shoulder and an asymmetric open back. She kept her black heels and added a touch of glamour with diamond earrings and a pair of gold bangles.
Meghan had previously worked with Piccioli during his time at Valentino, and this new collaboration confirmed that their creative synergy remains as strong as ever. Both looks perfectly captured the Duchess’s signature aesthetic: clean lines, neutral tones and effortless sophistication.
In the front row, Meghan joined Anne Hathaway, Simone Ashley, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Tracee Ellis Ross and Kristin Scott Thomas, cementing her place at the very heart of the international high-fashion scene.
