Despite having gotten married last May, the couple has only just now shared photos of their secret wedding in northern Italy

It has been over a year and a half since the ‘Stranger Things‘ actress and the actor and model got engaged after two years of dating. The news surprised the public due to how young they both were (19 and 21 years old, respectively), but it caused a lot of excitement and joy on social media. Finally, last summer, the couple’s secret wedding took place in Tuscany, but it wasn’t until five months later that they shared photos of the ceremony on their social media, vowing to love each other forever and always.

Except for the few details shared by the popular musician and father of the groom, Jon Bon Jovi, in some interviews, we haven’t had much information about the wedding. It was a very intimate and discreet event, where only the couple’s parents, siblings, and close family were present to witness the ceremony and exchange of vows. The It’s My Life singer simply stated in his interviews that it was a very romantic and low-key event, and that the couple looked deeply in love. The bride was stunning, and the groom was very happy.

In the recent photos, Millie Bobby Brown has shared, you can see the impressive Italian baroque villa where the wedding took place, known as Villa Cetinale, as well as the couple sharing their first kiss as husband and wife under an arch of white flowers. Meanwhile, Jake Bongiovi shared some pictures posing happily with his father, and you can see Matthew Modine, the actor who plays Millie’s fictional father in the latest season of ‘Stranger Things‘, officiating the wedding. It was a wedding full of elegance, where the couple looked very much in love and happy.

In terms of the outfits, Millie Bobby Brown chose an incredible Galia Lahav dress, filled with delicate lace and sheer details, along with a long transparent veil from Monvieve featuring the same lace design. Kelly Brown, her mother, and Dorothea Hurley, her mother-in-law, also chose dresses from the fashion house Galia Lahav. As for accessories, the actress opted for a minimalist approach with her jewellery and went for natural but glowing makeup. Meanwhile, the groom selected a Tom Ford suit, consisting of a cream-coloured jacket, white shirt, and black trousers with a matching black bow tie.
