MM6 Maison Margiela impresses at Pitti Uomo 107 with its FW25 collection, blending men’s tailoring, feminine finishes, and a disruptive vision of fashion.
MM6 Maison Margiela, the special guest brand at Pitti Uomo 107, presented a men’s collection that merges traditional tailoring with avant-garde elements. The show took place at the Tepidarium Giacomo Roster, a Florentine greenhouse in the liberty style transformed into a dark, evocative space reminiscent of an abandoned hangar.

The FW25 collection featured a palette of blacks in various shades, with flashes of burgundy and blues, blurring the lines between traditional men’s tailoring and unexpected feminine finishes. Accessories such as modular gloves and motorcycle helmets were paired with shiny lurex suits and sets with changing reflections, creating a subtle provocation that challenges gender conventions.

The MM6 creative team, who preferred to remain anonymous, highlighted the influence of jazz on the collection, describing Miles Davis as a “style icon” whose music has a visceral link to fashion. The collection aims to emphasize the identity of those who wear it, combining extravagance and functionality in every piece.

With this presentation, MM6 Maison Margiela reaffirms its commitment to innovation and the reinterpretation of men’s fashion, offering a contemporary vision that challenges established norms.
