Mugler has launched a piece that promises to become the most desired accessory of the year: the Fang Bag.
Mugler, under the creative direction of Casey Cadwallader, has introduced The Fang bag, an innovative piece that joins its exclusive collection of leather goods. True to his bold, contemporary style, Cadwallader continues to break new ground with a design that seamlessly fuses structural rigidity with fluid softness.
The Fang bag has been designed to offer unique versatility, with adjustable panels that allow its silhouette to transform from a compact, streamlined shape to a wider, more angular one. The side panels, when expanded, give rise to dynamic shapes that embody Mugler’s bold, architectural identity. A fang-inspired metal clasp, evoking the brand’s famous heels, becomes the centerpiece of the design, with a removable leather cap to further personalize the piece.

Available in three luxurious finishes – black smooth leather, red rough leather and black leather engraved in the shape of a lizard. The Fang bag stands out not only for its aesthetics, but also for its innovation. The bag incorporates a blockchain-based digital passport, accessible via a QR code. This feature not only provides detailed information about the creation process of the piece, but also validates its authenticity.
The bag will be launched exclusively in Mugler’ s online store in November 2024, with wider global availability planned for January 2025. Ranging in price from €1,190 to €1,390, it is positioned as a key piece for contemporary luxury consumers seeking exclusivity and innovative style.
