Natasha Zinko’s Pre-Fall 2025 collection explores society’s obsession with cosmetic surgery, with outfits reflecting the ‘before and after’ look of beauty clinics.

Natasha Zinko has unveiled her Pre-Fall 2025 collection, continuing her critique of contemporary beauty standards and focusing on society’s obsession with cosmetic surgery. The Ukrainian designer, known for her apocalyptic style, delves into the concept of ‘before and after’ outfits worn during discreet visits to aesthetic surgery clinics.

In this collection, the models are wrapped not only for the autumn weather but also as a metaphor for hiding behind layers of clothing. Zinko embraces the ‘post-surgery care look,’ a blend of loose, comfortable garments that allow ease of movement after minor treatments.

With oversized and modest silhouettes, the collection comments on society’s need to conceal their beauty clinic visits while chasing unattainable perfection through aesthetic adjustments.

The collection features boxy-cut blazers that merge the aesthetic of a lab coat with a hospital gown, as well as long scarves resembling glove fingers. Other pieces include wide-leg trousers, patchwork skirts and dresses, and business-like blazers, perfect for a quick visit to the clinic during the workday. Zinko also reintroduces her signature boxer briefs, which have been popular among celebrities like Charli XCX and BLACKPINK’s Jennie Kim.
